Sub-Zero Coverage Across Bellevue, Sector by Sector
One city, drawn as four sectors so a visit can be routed sensibly. Every address inside Bellevue is covered; the pages below are the neighbourhoods we have written up.
Each place page says what the kitchens there tend to hold and where their doors and panels give trouble. West — the Lake Washington side
Downtown and the older streets between it and the lake: flush millwork, heavy panelled doors, columns set into kitchens that were built around them.
Central — Wilburton to Bridle Trails
The new residential blocks of BelRed and the Spring District beside the wooded lots further north, so brand-new integrated columns and older built-ins in one sector.
East — Lake Hills to Lake Sammamish
Established residential streets toward Lake Sammamish, where a remodel can set an integrated column into an opening first drawn for something else.
South — Eastgate to Cougar Mountain
Both sides of I-90 and up the slopes, from the streets around Eastgate and Factoria to the hillsides of Lakemont and Cougar Mountain.
